My career began as a crew leader for ten years with a local painting company.  During those ten years, I was educated on various skills of the industry as well as people skills.  The position of crew leader assisted in my development of quality, pride and customer satisfaction.  It was because of this position, I know that listening to the customer is key.  As owner of this company, I ensure the  customer’s needs are met by focusing on the details and delivering  quality work to meet their expectations.
